Join the Club!

Each season of the Vancouver Island Pipers Club consists of six to eight meetings, commencing at 8pm on a Saturday evening, usually the first Saturday of each month, October through to May. Please visit the Club Event Listings page for more information on the upcoming meetings.We encourage bagpipers and drummers of all ages, their friends and families as well as anyone who enjoys bagpiping, drumming and Scottish entertainment to become a member. As the Club survives largely based on membership fees, there are no requirements for becoming a member of the Vancouver Island Pipers Club....just a genuine interest in maintaining, encouraging and supporting the Scottish arts on Vancouver Island. The yearly fee structure is as follows:

• Individual $70
• Family $90

Anyone that wants to attend a Club and does not wish to become a member is required to pay a drop-in fee of $10, payable at the door.

Current membership includes the mandatory Warrant Officers' and Sergeants' Mess fee that the Club is required to pay per member in order to maintain use of the Mess at the Bay St. Armouries. It also includes access to the newsletter that is sent out on a monthly basis, reporting on the previous Club as well as information regarding future Clubs and other bagpiping related material.
